  • Who cares about English?

    I do!

English is a beautiful language.

  • It’s an enormous, colourful, living creature,

    enriched by new words and fresh idioms in different countries every day.

And it’s my passion.

I want you to love the English language as much as I do.

Here’s how I can make that happen:

I am a qualified TEFL teacher, a professional copywriter, author, translator and linguist with over 20 years in international communications.

I know language has the power to change lives.

I have a Masters degree  in French and Spanish language and literature, and speak fluent French and Spanish.

I know what it feels like to learn another language. And to love it.

I have over ten years’ experience of teaching and course building. Together with my partner, Dragan, I am co-founder and tutor at The Artisan Bakery School .

I know learning works better when it’s practical and fun.

Aside from many online publications for The Artisan Bakery School, I have co-authored a number of children’s books and published a novel, The Vigil, about events in Mexico City, 1968.  I’d love to know what you think of it!
